My Story

With pencil in hand I begin to ponder

I love to write and wonder what should I write this time.  

Perhaps to write  a book about a boy who killed  a man eating giant and climbed a up  a giant bean stalk to take the giants wealth

Or a prince who slays a dragon  and then marries the princess he saved  and they live happily ever after together in a castle .

Perhaps about a boy with a scar on his head  that tells of love and his power to survive a wicked wizards spell

Or the man who climbed the highest mountain in frigid cold and lived to tell

Or the story of the first person to land on the moon and leave his foot print upon it and his countries flag

Or of a cat in a hat that entertains some children home on a rainy day who makes a mess and amends

Or maybe of a curious monkey called george who always gets into trouble and survives with a man in a big hat 

Of a strong man with a red cape that can fly , and nothing to except and green stone can harm him that always saves the day from the crooks in the way

Of the sailor that sailed the high seas to catch the great white whale of mystery of danger

The magician who escaped from every  chain and lived a life of illusion

Of the first leader who fought many wars and won to  help create a country  where liberty and equality for all people under Gd  is its motto 

Of a scientist that discovered how to make light in a bulb or explain that all things are relative to your view

Or of the doctor who found a new way to heal and saves lives without pain

What is your story who is your hero

Instead of writing the story of your hero's life write the story of your own and become the hero you wish to be

Follow your dream do not be afraid and where it takes pray to gd for guidance

Rebbe its time we had a talk. You where born to lead.  You where  born to redeem . With your birth you saved your people . You where prepared in you mother's womb for this and even  dreamed of a better world in your youngest age . You are Moshe : named so because  " min hamyim misheseho" from the water you have drawn us out" . Rebbe! let's be real let us say it as it is and we feel . No !  We do not accept  the burden you have  pushed upon us to lead or to redeem . No ! We do not accept your absence  nor do we  accept not seeing you in the flesh . No! We will not redeem ourselves from golus or bring you back ! You Rebbe must take us out of golus . You Rebbe must come back . We tried and it is taking us too long and we know not even what to do ! No Rebbe you must  do it  all ! You are Moshe ! We are not ! You are Moshe that Hashem sent to redeem this Dor ! Rebbe ! Why did you agree to leave ?  Rebbe ! When will you see we are a  nation and time in great  need . Rebbe ! Have you  then joined G-d in being stubborn and not wishing to redeem until an unknown time or act is done. Have you begun to understand and think like He  ? Then Gd forbid we are lost . The golus  Gd forbid will never end . As you yourself once said, "It is Gd forbid suddenly alright to be  yet another day and yet another night in golus ..."  All we know how to do is "Yetzaku B'nai Yisroel" ..Cry out in pain ...but you must "Vyeshma Tzakosom " Hear the cry !  Rebbe we have had enough!  take us out now!  Take us out  today , take us out  yesterday and tomorrow and the day after forever more from this bitter mad golus that just seems to endure . Oih!  Rebbe happy birthday we wish you where here so we can see you . Not , here but still not able to see you . Chabad Poway Shooting

BH tonight we count  13 days of sefira . following the custom of learning a  page of talmud  sota each day until shavuout when we recive the Torah anew .  we  study that as  Moshe when on earth stood and served the jewish people  where he continues to  presently serve the jewish people. The same can be said of the Lubavitch Rebbe , his teachings and gudiance.  which is needed today more then ever. This week i watched my former classmate rabbi  goldstein be  broken  cry but yet stronger then ever before .  I watched him in tears  , shot and wounded and thought.  how,  is this act  of terror and jew blood shed  different then those before Gd forbid and protect us .   We have all  unfortanatly  many times before  experinaced anti semitism and viloence  . indeed  this  passover itself,   during the month of miracles ,  nissan no less a jewish  brother and sister where killed in   sri lanka   Another chabad rabbi and his family beaten  badily  in narobi kenya africa. The terror attack and murder in poway . so  what is different ?  world history is full of jew blood spilled rl . tonight we also remmeber  the six million plus jewish kedoshim . so we know and have all experinced some form of hate and anti semitism before . so what has changed ? in reality much has changed not the hate but it is different .  a world of a differance . to explain  BH  by divine providence tonight is also 28 nissan close to 30 years   ago the Rebbe called on this night to all chassidim and jews  to do all they  can do  to bring moshiach . he said he failed and called on us all to bring moshiach and bring succes to his works. Now  lets think about this and His call. So what is different tonight today now ?  one might think our age is differant  because Gd has miracolusly returned to us  our holy  land  of  yisroel after close to two thousand years . we have seen how   Gd has fought our  battles and won our wars with open miracles .   We too now have a place of refuge to run to and we are accepted  as jews. true . however  I belive there is another oppertunity here  as well .  That which the Rebbe taught and fortold  many years ago. The Rebbe said that in our age of free speech and equaliy we have the obligation to follow jewish law taught to us by the rambam to  educate the world of Gds existance and Hie  commandments. Today in the USA thank you Gd , we have the  freedom to practice judiasm openly and are respected even more for it. Today we  have the freedom to speak freely and educate others and  to tell and teach the  world the truth of Torah and are obligated by jewish law to do so.  Why have we been given this freedom ? For business snd career ? For the right to vote ? Or is it something much bigger ? It is something global . it is Gd telling us we are the age that is immaifdate   precceeding the coming  of  moshiach . we jews today can  do more then be victims Gd forbid. But be  warriors of light and  the battle plan is to educate.  as rabbi goldstein qouted the Rebbe again and again this week .  light means education and explain the eternal truths . To educate  the world of Gd. His  Torah,  to  prayer to Him to be kind to one another  other and act respectfully . by observing Gd laws ,  Jews 613 the gentiles 7 . and all of us can do this we change the world. To increase  acts of kindness . In the past all we could do is weep and mourn  tragedy. Or at the very best fight back with arms . today before moshiach comes we are given the unique ability   to educate and change the world for better. Today the best  way to gain respect is being a jew openly . the  way each of us can protect , beside of course security , is being a power of goodness. Many discuss politics and poilcey and how to change the world globaly  but lets rather focus on what is reall what all can do. Go to shull attend a class invite a friend be kind improve yourself put on tiffilin if ur a man , light shabbos candles if your a women even girls  the age of 3. Give charity reach out to another . where your kipa proudly and tzitz . in conclusion  we pray for the elvation of the soul of all the 6 milion leah bas revan lori kaye ah hyd for a speedily recovery for rabbi goldstein yisroel ben chana priva   to the kaye family and the chabad of poway family and all of klal yisroel  . that we can change the world begining with our self and immediate surrounding first and prepare the world and hasten the coming of and for  moshiach now. On this night we cry out and we did with the Rebbe ,  to Gd  enough is enough ,  we will not take it any more take us out of golus and bring moshiach now ! Zg healthy summer !

Hold on to life

Bh soul speak : be still my soul weep not for i cry with u too . though in the end there is death there is music too. Life is like a highway each of us have a destiny . you feel alone i know but ur not i am with u . at times the tears weep like puss from a wound that just does not heal. An innocent  word or life itself opens it raw . the tears flow anew.  all u want is peace and solitude but there is no escape. u travel through the time of life , watching the clock . when is it up ? And wonder . Why ? why u ? why anyone.  Some succeed in waiting it out , others dont . they usher in the end before its over . no one is to blame . it is just so . to much to bear . and so they say no ! Soul, weary  soul, be still my soul , tired that u r one day you will rest however today still needs u in the tommorow . its not u its the need of u . u r still needed here . succeed if u can .  attempt to find joy , even better bring to others . live life step by step and wait it out untill you are called . there and then u can ask the un spoken questions even if the answers will not be forthcoming u have at least spoken and shared ur heart to He who sent u here . untill that time try to find joy in life in small things and trust that u r part of His plan . zg

Bh soul speak . some times I wonder . " is there a brain in there " ? This wise never make mistakes . they see what will be before it occurs. The average person makes mistakes and learns from them .  But then there is a class of students that just does not get it . repeated offenders . Many of us fall into that category and never graduate.  We wonder . " What does it take to learn " ? Unfortunately some times we learn only we have have reached the bottom again and again.
